1. 이 도구가 하는 일 / What this tool does

youtube-comment-helper는 채널 운영자가 자기 유튜브 채널의 댓글을 확인하고 답글을 다는 데 쓰는 개인용 도구입니다. 운영자 본인의 채널에만 사용합니다.

youtube-comment-helper is a personal tool used by a channel operator to read comments on their own YouTube channels and post replies. It is used only on the operator's own channels.

2. 이용하는 정보 / Information accessed

YouTube Data API를 통해 운영자 채널의 영상 정보(제목·설명)와 그 영상에 달린 댓글(작성자 표시 이름, 댓글 내용, 작성 시각)을 읽고, 운영자 채널 이름으로 답글을 작성합니다.

Through the YouTube Data API, the tool reads video information (titles, descriptions) and comments (author display name, comment text, time) on the operator's channels, and posts replies as the operator's channel.

3. 처리 방법 / How information is processed

댓글 내용은 답글 초안을 쓰기 위해 AI 도우미(Anthropic의 Claude)가 읽습니다. 정보를 판매하거나 광고에 쓰거나 제3자에게 넘기지 않습니다. 인증 토큰과 처리 기록(이미 답한 댓글 목록)은 운영자의 컴퓨터에만 저장합니다.

Comment text is read by an AI assistant (Anthropic's Claude) to draft replies. Information is never sold, used for advertising, or transferred to other parties. Authorization tokens and processing records (a list of comments already answered) are stored only on the operator's computer.

The tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. 유튜브·구글 약관 / YouTube and Google terms

이 도구는 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. YouTube 서비스 약관과 Google 개인정보처리방침이 함께 적용됩니다.

This tool uses YouTube API Services. The YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy also apply.

5. 권한 철회 / Revoking access

구글 계정의 서드파티 연결 관리 화면에서 언제든 이 도구의 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 철회하면 운영자 컴퓨터에 저장된 토큰도 더 이상 쓸 수 없습니다.

Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account third-party connections page.
